CPI Solutions announced today that it has joined the Siebel Channel Partner Program. Siebel Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of customer-facing solutions. Under the terms of this agreement, CPI Solutions will resell Siebel’s on-premise and hosted customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Southern California area.

With this announcement, CPI extends its position in the CRM market while continuing to offer strong business value to its customers. With CPI’s unique CRM Roadmap approach and its highly qualified consultants, CPI allows customers to deploy CRM solutions that best fit their organizations.
