McGraw-Hill Construction Network(R) Platform Integrates Siebel CRM OnDemand
McGraw-Hill Construction today announced that it is working with Oracle to seamlessly integrate Oracle’s Siebel CRM OnDemand into the McGraw-Hill Construction Network® platform, enabling Network subscribers to more efficiently manage their lead pipeline. This effort will enable design and construction professionals to quickly identify and prioritize people and projects, track bid status through the sales cycle and maximize their personal productivity through integration with Microsoft Outlook and PDAs.
This new collaboration will enable design and construction professionals to sell to, market to, and serve customers across multiple channels and lines of business, ultimately driving better business results. The offering provides a comprehensive, end-to-end business tool that will deliver industry-leading construction intelligence, forecasting, trend analysis, and project data, coupled with the ability to manage and convert leads into closed business, as well as track, monitor, and analyze pipeline trends and performance.
“The combination of these two offerings delivers a powerful, comprehensive solution to members of the design and construction community,” said Norbert W. Young, Jr., FAIA, president, McGraw-Hill Construction. “This is just one more way that we are enabling our customers to work faster, smarter and better by connecting people, projects, and products through the McGraw-Hill Construction Network.”
The McGraw-Hill Construction Network, and its newest addition, the McGraw-Hill Construction Network for products, is an online, integrated marketing and sales solutions platform that enables the industry to find work, do work, manage business opportunities, increase brand exposure and preference and increase sales, all right from their desktop.
Siebel CRM OnDemand is a Web-based, hosted CRM offering that delivers complete sales, marketing, and service functionality, built-in customer analytics and embedded best practices based on over 10 years of CRM experience and nearly 4 million users worldwide.
In addition to managing leads passed directly from the Construction Network, Siebel CRM OnDemand can integrate with a subscriber’s existing systems to extend the reach and value of the McGraw-Hill Construction offering within their organization, enabling the unification, tracking and management of all customer-facing business processes.
The Partnership
Working with Oracle, McGraw-Hill Construction will provide world class salesforce automation capabilities to their McGraw-Hill Construction Network Platinum subscribers. Beyond collaborating to define the integration of Siebel CRM OnDemand into the Network offering, the companies plan to work together to provide marketing seminars and road shows related to managing leads, targeted marketing, forecasting analysis and customer loyalty for construction and design organizations.
“McGraw-Hill Construction is a clear market leader in providing innovative technologies to connect people, projects and products in the construction and design industry,” said Rob Reid, group vice president at Oracle. “By integrating Siebel CRM OnDemand with the Network offering, construction industry professionals now have a complete, end-to-end solution to prospect, manage and close more business on one platform.”
Moreover, this industry leading, hosted solution from McGraw-Hill Construction and Oracle gives industry players quick, easy, affordable access to world-class technology without any upfront IT investments.
