Today, AutoLoyal and CustomerLink announced CustomerLink’s acquisition of AutoLoyal’s automotive service center customer relationship management (CRM) business. All AutoLoyal customers will be immediately transferred to CustomerLink. CustomerLink will now fulfill customer communications previously provided by AutoLoyal.

Aaron Oberman, President and COO of Omeda, AutoLoyal’s parent company, said, “We are pleased to have come to an agreement with CustomerLink to assume our automotive service center CRM business. CustomerLink is the market leader in service center CRM and will continue to provide our customers with high-quality, high-results customer communications. This arrangement will allow AutoLoyal to pursue other interests more consistent with Omeda’s core competencies in database management.”
