DATABASE SOLUTIONS, LTD., a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Technology Company for the Insurance and Financial Industries, announced today that it has executed a Memorandum Of Understanding with PHISTREAM Inc. a Vancouver, Canada based technology consulting firm to jointly market Database Solution’s Agent Intelligence CRM and Policy Administration solution for the Life Insurance and Financial Planning Industries.
The goal for this partnership is to establish a joint development project to integrate each company’s products and service offerings and market it as a complete solution to the North American insurance and financial markets. This new complete solution will combine Phistream’s “PHIPE Dialer,” a highly customizable call center software that utilizes an Automatic Dialer technology that will integrate with any Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and Phistream’s Document Management Systems into Database Solution’s proprietary Agent Intelligence Online On-Demand CRM software.
