Sage SalesLogix Visual Analyzer Delivers Business Analytics With Interactive and Customizable Dashboards

Sage Software announced today, during its annual Insights business partner conference, the new Sage SalesLogix Visual Analyzer business analytics tool for use with the Sage SalesLogix customer relationship management (CRM) solution. SalesLogix Visual Analyzer features 10 interactive and customizable dashboards, including key performance indicator (KPI), forecasting, opportunity management, and marketing dashboards, among others, to help users quickly and securely access and interpret data managed within their Sage SalesLogix systems, and make accurate and reliable business decisions.
Sage Software also today introduced the tenth anniversary edition (v7.2) of Sage SalesLogix, featuring a modernized Web architecture and enhanced Mobile CRM capabilities. (See today’s “Sage SalesLogix v7.2″ press release for more details.)

SalesLogix Visual Analyzer collects customer and account information from the Sage SalesLogix database to provide a consistent, single point of analysis for employees of all roles; from executives and sales directors, through customer-facing employees. Users can customize business rules and alerts to monitor changes or trends in business activities, as well as measure individual, team and product or service performance against specified KPIs.
SalesLogix Visual Analyzer uses a separate data warehouse to load files 10 to 100 times faster than a direct database load, and ensures that optimal Sage SalesLogix system performance is maintained to support multi-user, multi-client access.
Ten Interactive Dashboards
Select dashboards provided by Sage SalesLogix Visual Analyzer include:
KPI Dashboard — Tracks a high-level view of sales opportunities and performance metrics. Users can drill down into specific transaction details for further analysis. Managers can set user data-viewing privileges.
Forecast Dashboard — Tracks sales pipelines, forecasts and close rates. Sales managers can examine trends and make timely adjustments, as well as segment forecasts by representative, product line, or region.
Opportunity Dashboard — Identifies sales opportunities with the best chance of closing in a current time period. Users can create and track prioritized target lists.
Marketing Dashboard — Measures return on marketing campaign investments. Users can analyze response and conversion rates to gauge the effectiveness of specific offers.
Additional SalesLogix Visual Analyzer dashboards include customer service, win/loss, mapping, activity, metric ranking, and details themed dashboards.
