Maximizer Software Inc., the world’s leading provider of affordable and easy-to-use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software applications, today announced the signing of a new strategic agreement with sales effectiveness and performance research firm, ES Research Group (ESR). Under the terms of the agreement, Maximizer and ES Research will cooperate to expand the ecosystem of software options and sales effectiveness and performance services available to American sales leaders.

ES Research Group is a research and advisory services firm that helps companies evaluate, implement and measure their sales performance programs, and provides analysis on the sales training and the vendors that provide these programs. Recently, the firm launched its Certified Measurement Program (ESR/CMP(TM)). The certification program represents the nation’s first independent evaluation and approval rating system for measuring the performance of sales training programs offered by training vendors to America’s leading corporations.

Under the terms of the agreement, Maximizer and ESR will cooperate to offer sales leaders in the market for sales training and supporting sales technology enhanced access to the knowledge and services available in today’s crowded vendor market. The two companies will share best practices, exclusive content, advice for joint customers and participate in educational programs such as subscriber newsletters and Webcasts.
