WATERTOWN, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Green Beacon Solutions, a leading provider of strategy, consulting and implementation services for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Marketing Automation technologies, today announced the successful consolidation of a global, customized on-premise CRM solution for Palladium Group, Inc. This deployment will allow the company to work more efficiently with customers, partners and employees internationally, with the ability to scale the solution as the company grows through acquisition.

Palladium Group is the leading professional services firm enabling clients to better measure and manage performance. Palladium was formed by the merger of three consulting companies – Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Painted Word and ThinkFast Consulting. As a result of this merger, the company faced the challenge of reconciling disparate CRM systems to improve information flow across business units. Palladium required a common platform that extended best practices in sharing customer and sales data throughout the global organization.

The company selected Green Beacon Solutions as its strategic advisor for the installation in order to leverage its expertise in aligning CRM technology development with sound business processes. Green Beacon Solutions’ phased implementation approach breaks issues down into smaller, achievable pieces enabling customers to see immediate results and allots sufficient time for training on the CRM solution.

Palladium purchases support for a select number of incidents per month from a catalog of more than 40 defined projects such as bug fixes, business rule adjustments and report updates.
