The integration tools allow easy access to SugarCRM information through the Microsoft Windows desktop.

InvisibleCRM delivers custom solutions to integrate Microsoft desktop products with line-of-business applications such as Salesforce.com, WebEx, Amdocs and Documentum. InvisibleCRM extended its product offering with two new productivity-enhancing solutions for SugarCRM customers. SalesFolder and SalesAlerts enable SugarCRM users to take full advantage of the Sugar functionality while at the same time consolidating the customer data within their familiar Microsoft Windows desktop.

SalesFolder, a document sharing and delivery system, allows users to organize and work with files locally, keeping both online and desktop file repositories up-to-date. The two applications are now available on SugarExchange, www.sugarexchange.com, the global marketplace for CRM applications.
