PLEASANTON, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Verticals onDemand launches VBioPharma™ KOL Edition to support medical scientific liaisons and other pharmaceutical account managers working to cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). The new product is the first application designed specifically for KOL management that is completely integrated with the enterprise CRM system. Verticals onDemand’s VBioPharma KOL Edition is currently being implemented at one of the top 20 biotechnology companies in the world.
Until recently, this important area in pharmaceutical and biotech industries has been grossly underserved by technology providers. There are still no specific KOL applications available from the major client/server CRM vendors and only a handful of niche KOL software providers exist.
